Upcoming workshops – 2022
The power of habits
It seems to us that most of our choices are the result of reasonable decisions, but this is not the case. Most of what we choose to do is a result of habits. And even if it seems to us that a large part of our habits are unimportant, the cumulative result has a tremendous impact on almost every area of our lives: health, work, relationships, financial situation, our happiness, etc.
For many years, science has been trying to explore this subject but only in the last two decades have neurologists, psychologists, sociologists and marketers begun to understand how habits work – and more importantly, how they change.
In the workshop we will learn what is a habit. What makes a good habit from a “bad” one? What is the role of habits in our lives? And as we experiment, we will befriend our habits. We will identify the habits we would like to change and learn ways to implement the change. As well, what habits should I adopt in order to fulfill my goals – material and non-material.

Effective communication
Effective communication is a communication that brings the desired result to you. Many people have difficulties and are afraid or do not know how to communicate effectively, and this can be in front of our managers, our employees, spouses, children, friends and basically everyone we communicate with including the taxi driver as an example. In the case of ineffective communication, we are basically limiting achievements in work, love, money, and other areas of life.
In the workshop we will examine different communication styles and focus on effective communication. We will practice day-to-day communication situations and we will receive tools to improve the effectiveness of communicating “with the world”. We will refine and polish the method of conveying the messages and the manner of expression so that they will serve you better.
Refining your will
In the dictionary definition, desire is “the mental capacity to want to do something. The inner strength to strive and achieve something despite the difficulties a person may sometimes encounter” What is this inner strength? Does everyone have a desire? How is it that people today have more knowledge and access to information than ever before, and on the other hand often have difficulty answering the simple question “what do you want”? Is what you say you want is what you really want? And what is the difference between what you want and what you need?
In the workshop we will try to understand what is a will? We will experience the refinement of the will in everyday issues, such as: What do I really want in a relationship? What to learn? Where to work? Whether to change place of residence, etc. We will talk about the importance of the will in decision-making. The price of lack of will / ambiguous will, versus the benefits of a sharp will.
